Volunteer

Would you like to volunteer?  It requires only a few hours on a Saturday morning to assist families shop for their children. Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age or older please, since we are asking them to pair up with families and their children.

As a volunteer, you will spend time getting to know the family, assisting them in selecting clothing items and helping the families stay within their allotted amount of money. The volunteer stays with the family until they check out, at which time the volunteer is free to leave or help another family shop. Your assistance and participation blesses the program recipients and their families and you will be blessed by your part in this incredible opportunity to impact our local communities!

Mark your calendar for our 2018 Clothe a Child events that will be held at KOHL’S in Wappingers Falls.

Please attend a Clothe a Child Volunteer Orientation Meeting that will be held 2 weeks before the event.This meeting will last an hour and is mandatory for all first time volunteers, and recommended for all returning volunteers. The meeting will provide you with all you need to know for the Saturday morning event..
